I am gradually making a headway and I also realised if I allowed one week to go without exercise I feel so anxious and just want to make it up to myself. What I enjoy most are my exercise sessions. I am not sure yet if I have a regular diet plan, but I avoid sugar and avoid eating so much at a time.
And starchy food are only taken whenever I feel there is need to get some carbs into my system. What should I do to tone my muscles?
